1. Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery options to meet your needs:
- Standard Delivery: Delivered within 3–5 business days to most areas.
- Express Delivery: Delivered within 1–2 business days for urgent orders.
- Local Pickup: Available at our designated collection points for customers who prefer to pick up their orders.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and product availability.
2. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the delivery option selected. You will be able to view the applicable delivery charge during the checkout process before completing your order.
- Standard Delivery: Calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.
- Express Delivery: A premium charge applies for faster delivery, shown at checkout.
- Free Delivery: We offer free standard delivery on orders over [Insert amount].
For local pickup, no delivery fees apply.
3. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to the following areas:
- All regions within South Africa
- Major cities and towns: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, and more.
- For rural or remote areas, please allow additional time for delivery.
We do not deliver internationally at this time.
4. Order Processing Time
We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, after which they will be shipped according to the delivery option selected. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your package on the courier’s website. If you have any issues with tracking, please contact our support team at quotes@allaboutcloud.co.za, and we will assist you.
6. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected:
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days.
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days.
Please note that delivery times are calculated from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date of purchase.
7. Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable to receive your package at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave a notice with instructions for arranging a new delivery time. If multiple delivery attempts fail, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us at quotes@allaboutcloud.co.za to reschedule your delivery.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at quotes@allaboutcloud.co.za. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
9. International Deliveries
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. We are working on expanding our delivery options to international locations in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
10. Local Pickup
For customers who prefer to pick up their orders, local pickup is available at our warehouse or selected collection points. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for verification.
